Rando motivating me to run a little further again. ♥ The anomaly’s near the Murrayfield Stadium - the pin is on the tram tracks. I look around and spot a memorial for the Scottish rugby men who died in the world wars, a traffic sign that says “wait here until green light shows” and a man struggling with his umbrella (lots of those around). I’ve actually never travelled on a tram in Edinburgh and feel inspired to go on a little trip. The first tram I see is headed to the airport and has a whisky advert on it: “it’s kind of delicious and wonderful.” From what I know, good whisky takes a long time to mature, so I’m going to interpret this as advice not to rush things. Let whatever it is cook properly for the most satisfying results. Kinda ties in with waiting for that green light, too. I like this advice, so let's go with that. 😄 Now, the construction of the Edinburgh tramline was a veritable comedy of errors that took a long time, cost a lot of money, and pissed off a lot of people. But who cares what went down in the past? I hop onboard, the ticket inspector is cheerful, and so am I. (I see the mural in the fourth pic on my way to the anomaly. I later find the artist on insta and tell him it caught my eye... It's called the "Eye Fish"!)
